- Description
All frames taken in Greytown prior to a parade and fair celebrating the Greytown Borough Centennial showing people waiting for a parade of classic and vintage cars to go by. A woman is standing in her window pulling a net curtain back so she can watch (frames 3 & 4). Included in the parade are two steam-traction engines (one a Burrell Patent Engine), vintage and classic cars such as an early Austin, a 1915 Dodge, and a Bentley. A man wearing cowboy clothes is riding a horse, and a group is riding in a horse-drawn carriage (frame 12). Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
