All frames taken beside the Manawatu River near Palmerston North, with the Anzac Cliffs on the far side. All show young people on home made rafts on the river. Two young Māori boys are seen on another raft, again using oil drums as flotation, in frames 9 to 12. All taken during a fun day of raft races. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified.
