A day at Trentham Racecourse

All frames were taken at the Trentham Racecourse, showing individuals and small groups relaxing on the grass and in some cases leaning against a high concrete block wall. Several show women and a man (mostly Māori), with small children resting and sleeping beside them on the ground. Frames 2 to 4 show a Māori woman sitting on the grass, leaning against the wall with a small boy lying down beside her. Two women, sitting on the ground beside a pram, are beside a toddler sleeping on a rug beside them (frames 5 to 7.) A Māori woman is sitting on the grass on her own with her sunhat and handbag beside her (frames 8 & 9), and a Māori man is looking at his form book with a toy poodle tucked under his arm (frame 12).
