- Description
Frames one and two show the aftermath of the Māori Land March at Parliament. A few people are resting in sleeping bags with a guitar and other belongings at the top of the steps at Parliament. Frames 3 to 12 were probably taken in Karori Road near the corner with Burrows Avenue, and show two young Māori workmen clearing a drain with a long pole, a pile of earth from the drain alongside. Two little girls stand and watch in frames 6 to 8. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
