Includes landowners names. Most of the individual landowners named appear in the electoral roll for Wairau for 1890 and/or 1900, as sheep farmers. One property is labelled Executors of E. Green, likely to be Edward Green, who died in 1896 (Nelson evening mail, 30 September 1896, Page 2).
