- Description
All frames were taken outside the Wellington City Corporation buildings in Mercer Street and were linked to a parade (possibly a Christmas Parade). Frames 1 to 3 and 9 to 12 show small children and a clown blowing bubbles through bubble wands. A group of young children are playing games on the lawn outside the building with two women standing by a pole watching. Frames 4 to 9 Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
