Although the USTC record states 'Paris', Martina Nickel of the Gesamtkatalog der Wiegendrucke is quite sure this edition was printed in Rouen by Le Forestier,

Alexander Turnbull Library SPC copy. Binding: rebound in stiff dark brown paper wrappers; text block sewn on three cords; paper spine label with illegible ms title in black ink. Provenance: ms foliation 58-121 at centre of head margin beginning on [3a]2. Rubricated with initials, paragraph marks, initial strokes and underlines in red, many illuminated with silver; paragraph mark on [3a]3 in blue, and paragraph mark and line filler on [3a]8 in blue; initial on [3a]2 in blue and red with penwork extending into the margin. Some printed initials and paragraph marks. Marginalia 3d3, 3e5, 3g5v, 3h6v in red ink; extensive Latin annotation in brown ink in an early hand on final two pages, rubricated and slightly cropped; same hand on t.p. (also slightly cropped). Printer's device crudely coloured in red and yellow on t.p. Formerly held by the Colin Library, Mt. Mary's Seminary, Greenmeadows, Taradale. Deposited on permanent loan in the Alexander Turnbull Library by the Society of Mary, December 2001. Some soiling and browning, water stains on 3d1 and 3d2; prominent stain on 3b6v and 3f4v.
