- Description
All frames show groups dispersing after the 1975 Santa Christmas Parade in Wellington. Views were taken around the Town Hall; on the corner of Cuba Street and Wakefield Street with a Civic Chambers building on the corner and Anvil House just visible on the left (frames 4 to 6); and looking up Cuba Street with the James Smith's sign visible in the background (frame 1). A musician from the Onslow Brass Band is talking to an older man in frame 12. A young man is sitting on his motorbike with his girlfriend standing beside, both wearing helmets and the premises of a National Bank branch and H.E. Perry seen in the background (frames 9 and 10). Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
