- Description
Oriental Bay, frame 1, shows two women standing talking on the beach, a small child playing in the sand behind them, with two apartment buildings, one art deco, seen in the background. Frames 2 to 12 were taken near the Kilbirnie Glide Rink. They show a group of young people, with one girl carrying a pair of skating boots (clearly seen in frame 8). Two younger girls are playing together on a grass verge outside the skating rink. Numbers of cars are parked outside the building. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
