frames Frames 1 to 7 show pedestrians in Cuba Street, Wellington. Various groups including a meeting of five teenagers. Frame 7 shows a man in a double-breasted suit, striped shirt and bow tie, carrying a briefcase. Several young people are seen in a room in a house in frames 8 to 12. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
