- Description
Frames 1 to 7 show a large group of secondary school students performing on the stage of their school hall. The girls are wearing school uniforms, possibly from St Mary's College, Wellington, performing items from Polynesian culture. Frames 8 to 12 were taken inside a pub, probably the Railway Hotel on Thorndon Quay. Frame 12 shows a series of billboards from various newspapers, and a poster for the"The Mayor of Thorndon Appeal" a mock election charity drive to raise funds for "Blind kiddies." [See internet .
