- Description
All views in the Pigeon Park, Dixon Street areas. Frames 1 to 4 show a group of gang members lounging in Pigeon Park. Frames 5 shows two girls wearing long skirts and two young men, standing in Dixon Street across the road from Mutual/Avis Rental Cars (four young Māori are walking outside the car rental offices in frame 9. Frames 6 and 7 show a young couple on a bench seat in Pigeon Park looking towards James Smith's corner. A man wearing shorts, a towelling hat and a blazer is on a bench seat in frame 10, and a man is standing outside an antique shop (frames 11 and 12). Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
