All frames show views of Shelly Bay wharf and Japanese fishing vessels berthed there. Two of the ships have large numbers visible on the sides, 597 and 598. However the one with 598, has the full name "Shotoku Maru No65" (visible in frame 11). Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
