Description

Frames 1 to 6 show a family walking up a hill, looking down over Petone. A sign on a lamp-post reads "Petone Borough Council," possibly on the corner of London Road and Stanhope Grove. Frames 7 to 9 show a new subdivision, possibly in the hills above Petone. Frames 10 to 12 show a woman sitting on a step outside a new house, with three small children playing in the sun. Otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
