- Description
All frames show views in Newtown. Frames 1 shows two members of the "New Zealand Maori" rugby team surrounded by onlookers at Athletic Park, frame 2 in the Millard Stand, and frame 3 showing a team member signing programmes with three young boys watching. There are several views of Adelaide Road or Rintoul Street, and four views (frames 6 to 9) of a young woman outside a building which bears signs directing with an arrow to "104 Rintoul Street (Down drive) Pacific Souvenirs Ltd. Souvenir Distributors. Mineral Specimens Ltd." A policeman is acting as pointsman directing traffic on a street corner. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified.
