Cruise ships unable to enter Akaroa Harbour due to high winds. Christchurch and Canterbury Tourism spokeswoman Caroline Blanchfield comments on the lack of a dedicated cruise ship berth at Lyttelton. Robin McCarthy, transport provider for tourists and Lyttelton Port Company chief executive Peter Davie also comment.
