Demonstration on the steps of parliament buildings in Wellington protesting against the New Zealand government's decision to accept the ambassador-designate of the military government in Chile. Placards include "No recognition of the Chilean junta," End the repression in Chile," "Restore democratic rights to the Chilean people," "Free all political prisoners." Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
