- Description
Frames 1 to 6 show people looking at stalls selling plants, and indoor scenes with a sign for raffles, possibly in a school. Frames 8 to 12 were taken on a wet and windy day on the roads leading to the railway station with the Dominion Farmers building on the corner of Featherston and Ballance Streets in the background (frames 8 and 9), and the back of the old High Court visible in Stout Street (frames 10 to 12). The pavements are wet, and people are carrying umbrellas. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
