All frames were taken in Oriental Bay, Wellington. Scenes show people relaxing on the sea wall above the beach; children playing in the sand or on boards paddling in the sea; and views back up to the road from the beach with apartment blocks visible in the background. A small motor boat is seen in frames 4 and 9. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
