Black and white proof sheets showing power stations, dams, and surrounding areas, as well as other electric power production related images.
Includes images of a model of Huntly Power Station, signing of the contracts for the Huntly Power Station, celebrations of the 50th jubilee of the Mangahao power scheme, damaged transmission towers "after August 1 storm", people at a "Services Engineers' Conference", a Civil Defence exercise, "sites for Auckland no. 1" (possibly the proposed Auckland Thermal No. 1 power station), Christchurch Linemen's Training School, transmission lines at Wilton, Wellington, and an AGA Thermovision (infrared thermal imaging camera) in use at Haywards substation.
Sheet numbers 337, 339, 340, 341 and 355 have no content.
