Pamphlet whose front cover shows an illustration of a milk bottle with the faces of a boy and girl above the "cream line", and the words: "The healthy child is the cream line of a nation. Other words state: "The most healthful nation is one whose children have plenty of milk"; and: :"The most efficient nation is one whose people use plenty of milk". Inside the pamphlet is a message from the chairman of the Milk Committee, Mr W H Bennett, and some information about the pasteurisation of milk. The back page list seven points about municipal milk.
Dated ca 1930. W H Bennett was chairman of the Milk Committee ca 1925-1934.
