On the left-hand side is the Memorial of Right written in calligrapic script with tukutuku panels painted on either side of the list of names of the Prime Minister and MPs, beneath which is the memorial written in black red and blue ink. Printed on the right-hand side are two columns containing the signatures to the memorial together with the designation and tribal affiliation of each signatory.
Beneath the signatures, written in ink, is `He Tohu Whakamaharatanga Ki Nga Uri Whina Cooper'.
A copy of C-098-057, which was donated by Whina Cooper. Inscription not identical.
