All frames show young people attending the summer university congress at Curious Cove, run by the N.Z.U.S.A. in Marlborough Sounds. James Ritchie (on the left) and Jane Ritchie (on the right) with an adopted daughter (centre) are seen in frame 1. Frames 6 to 12 show groups on rocks in the bay. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
