An engraved writing sheet with landscape oval illustration of Adam and Eve, at head and the central area flanked by three portrait oval illustrations on either side each illustrating a scene from 'Paradise lost' with appropriate text beneath.

Printed on paper watermarked with horn, and "R. Williams' (similar to Heawood 2758).
