Facsimile copy of illustrated tourist map featuring the old Napier-Taupo Road, with a diagram of altitudes along the route. Produced by Pictorial Publications Ltd, Hastings and drawn by C B Wilkinson.
Illustrations include drawings of vehicles - Cadillac of 1918, Charabanc of 1924, V8 Cadillac of 1933 and "One of the luxury diesel coaches used on the Taupo Road today".
Map also features historical notes for numerous locations.
