Images showing scenes after a double wedding on the marae at Te Kaha; visiting a sick local elder; the Gaiety Theatre in Te Kaha, taken in 1963 by Ans Westra. Unless otherwise stated all persons are unidentified.
Images show each married couple cutting a wedding cake, a bride showing her ring to guests and some of the guests. Two frames show kuia by the bedside of a local elder who is sick at home. The remainder of scenes show people sitting inside and standing outside the Gaiety Theatre in Te Kaha.
