Images show scenes from a wedding reception held in a marquee at Stokes Valley, taken in 1964 by Ans Westra. Unless otherwise stated all persons are unidentified.
Scenes show the Maori bridegroom (Waaka Vercoe) making a speech, while his Pakeha bride Rosalind (née Agar), who is one of twins, smiles. Also show Maori and Pakeha family members and guests seated and singing. Frame eight shows Waaka, Joy Vercoe, Rosalind, and Millie Clark singing. Frame 11, at right, shows Millie Clark singing.
