Images show scenes of two of the Mataira children playing on a riverbank of the Hutt River, and a forestry worker felling a tree in the Upper Hutt area. Photographs taken in 1964 or 1965 by Ans Westra. Unless otherwise stated all persons are unidentified.
Frames 1 (left) shows Katerina [Kateraina] Mataira, and Frame 7 shows Ratu Mataira.
