Originally published at the Admiralty Office, London, 29 January 1943. This copy bears the imprint "Reproduced by Hydrographic Branch, Sydney, by permission of the Hydrographer." and features manuscript annotated corrections to 1947.
Manuscript annotations include deletion of cautions in relation to mined areas in the Hauraki Gulf.
