Scenic views along Whanganui River Road and scenes from a Ratana hui, held on 25 January, taken in 1963 by Ans Westra. Unless otherwise stated all persons are unidentified.
Frames 1-8 show scenic views from Whanganui River Road, a boy can be seen lying and standing in a field. Frames 9-12 show scenes of people attending a Ratana Church hui, which was to celebrate the birthday of their founder T.W Ratana. People can be seen queuing to enter a building.
