Panoramic view looking up at an angled view of a large two-storeyed brick house with gables, and with verandahs downstairs, partially hidden by trees. The house is on a rise in the centre of the image. There is a lake across the foreground, lawns on both sides with various plants including willows, flaxes, pampas grasses and a line of macrocarpa trees on the right. Sloping lawns with established trees down to the water's edge below the house, two swans. Taken by Robert Percy Moore.
