Interview with Philip Twyford. Recalls how he first heard about the campaign against landmines through Oxfam, and bringing two Cambodians to New Zealand. Describes the work of the Cambodians in New Zealand and their effect on public opinion. Mentions their meeting with Helen Clark and Jim Anderton (parliamentary opposition party leaders), and with Jim Bolger (prime minister) and Don McKinnon which resulted in a reversal of government policy.
