Leonie van der Sluis backgrounds her involvement as a volunteer with the Citizens Advice Bureau in Mt Roskill. Recalls the information system, the training course, funding, the predominance of women volunteers and the role of supervisors and coordinators. Talks about the confusion arising from the restructuring of Government Departments. Also talks about involvement with Freedom, a group under Public Health Department dealing with phobics or agoraphobics. Refers to the Phobic Trust.
