Ian Aldersley talks about his church attendance at various centres in the co-operating parish. Mentions making furniture, which included a time capsule, for St. Mark's Presbyterian Church, Wanganui. Talks of donating his time and talents as a cabinet maker and as Boys' Brigade leader, recalling presentations of the Queen's badge and church parades. Recalls Charlie Quaid's shop in Upper Hutt.
