Printed by Marcus F Marks, Government Printer, Wellington. Responsible surveyor H J Lowe, Chief Surveyor, Taranaki. Drawn by W Gordon, 1885, 1898, 1903, and 1908. Revised 5 August 1920. Imprint includes M Crompton-Smith, Chief Draughtsman, Head Office, Lands and Survey Department, Wellington.
Inset plans show blocks I, II, IV, VIII, and X.
Map has pencil annotations in margin, with some manuscript numbers, and highlighting in colour of some grid boundaries and roads. Annotation in upper margin in red ink states "Bench Marks T B M Levels by A V Adams 1926-7 In terms of sea-level".
