Colour transparencies of Chatham Island flora taken by James (Jim) Watt during World Wildlife Fund expedition, Dec 1984.

Contains images including Chatham Island forget-me-nots as well as other flowering plants, various mosses, ferns, and shrubs.

Inscriptions: Note from depositor reads: "Expedition World Wildlife Fund Expedition Dec 1984 - looking for taiko specifically. Uncle Jim asked to join - had a German ornithologist with him - 16 people or so - tagged birds."

In Dec 1984, James (Jim) Watt joined a World Wildlife Fund New Zealand (WWFNZ) expedition to the Chatham Islands. Specific focus of the expedition was to search for taiko.
