Description

Colour transparencies of birdlife and local scenes taken by James (Jim) Watt in Chile during the Totorore expedition, circa Jul-Dec 1983.

Set contains images of black vultures "Jote" at Valdivia, "Piures" for sale, fishing boats at Angelmo at low tide (Puerto Montt), a market garden, a farm at the foot of a mountain [fjiord?], "lancha develas" at Puerto Montt (with Calbuco Volcano in the background), and the car ferry at Valdivia.

Inscriptions: Note from depositor reads: "'Totorore' this series from a carousel Jim used for presentations - to raise money for expedition - final series."
