Scrapbook relating Mark Averi's involvement with the Royal Port Nicholson Yacht Club. Mainly photographs of yachts with some people shown. Portraits of yachts including: 'Shemara', 'Gazelle', 'Camille', 'Ondine' and 'Odette'. One image is a group portrait of the crew of Phil Hartley's yacht the 'Camille' (1969). Also includes newsclippings, printed certificates, lists of prize winners, and two typed accounts of trips on the yacht 'Gazelle'

Barry Averi was honorary treasurer and secretary of the Royal Port Nicholson Yacht Club for several years from 1960 and was elected an honorary life member in 1969 for services to the club
