Panoramic view of dignitaries on a dais beside a decorated band rotunda. There are rows of soldiers in the midst of a large crowd of spectators on the left. People are lining the upper verandah on the Commercial Hotel in the left background, with the Clarendon Hotel visible in the centre right middle distance. Flags and bunting flying. Taken by Robert Percy Moore during the royal visit of the Duke and Duchess of York in 1927.
