Description

As well as questionnaire includes a typescript publication 'Some extracts from their World War 2 diaries of service with the RNZAF, compiled by Harry Hobin from their secret wartime diaries. Includes items on training and service in New Zealand, Solomon Islands (including Guadacanal) and Japan (including Hiroshima)', published by J H Hobin, Auckland 2013. The extracts include material from the diary of John Merven Hobin, Harry Hobin's father, who had also served in the RNZAF.

Also includes printed programme of the 'Final National Reunion' of 14 Fighter Squadron RNZAF, which served in Japan 1946-1948. Harry Hobin was the Reunion convenor.
