Circular disc that shows, on both sides, an inner circle coloured half green and half black, with a grey band around the edge of the circle, into which the wording is engraved; 'Fellow of the Auckland War Memorial Museum. Awarded to Dame Judith Te Tomairangi O Te Aroha Binney. 2011'. The award is encased in a simple circular wooden box, the lid of which lifts off.
