Description

Series comprises materials featured in the 'Six Strings and Politics' exhibition on the Topp Twins at the Waikato Coalfields Museum in Huntly, which ran from July 2012 to April 2013 and was curated by Jane Ferrier. In addition to the items in this series, the exhibition also included backstage passes that have been catalogued separately as part of the Ephemera collection; a New-Ray Toys Company model Fiat 500F die-cast car with Topp Twins logo, reference number Curios-049-007; a copy of the Topp Twins book, reference number MSX-9243; and copies of the Topp Twins' music cassettes and CDs, as well as copies of DVDs of their television series and documentary film.
