Shows two buildings in the Auckland city area: Samuel Holden Howie's pigeon post service to Great Barrier Island, notable as being possibly the first air mail sevice in the world (1896); and Acacia Cottage, built by William Brown and John Logan Campbell, which was removed to Olive Grove Road in Cornwall Park in the 1920s.
