Two views on one page. The upper view is a small lithograph of the farm of William Swainson at Lower Hutt, lithographed from a drawing by him, by his son G F Swainson. The lower view, at right-angles to the page, looks up the Waiwakaiho River and its suspension bridge over rolling country towards Mount Taranaki. It is the work of J J Merrett
