Comprises black and white prints relating to Barbara Hoskins (nee Anton) and cousins of her generation related to her maternal family the Nimmos. Contains formal studio portraits and informal photographs of family and friends at weddings and in the garden. Taken by a range of photographers, some unknown, circa 1943 to 1970. Many photographs are inscribed in pencil with names. Includes Barbara Hoskins in class portrait (probably Wellington Teachers College) circa late 1940s to early 1950s. Family members include Ngaire, Tish Rollins (Eckhoff), Gary Nimmo 1952, Martyn and Jill Nimmo, Margaret McNeil, Jan Eckhoff, Hamish McNeil 1959, Bruce Nimmo and Audrey, Edith Agnes Nimmo, Judith Nimmo, Ian and Doreen Nimmo, Jill and Tiri Nimmo, Nan McNeil, Marilyn Nimmo 1964 with Jill and children Jeffrey, Wayne, Robyn, Peter, Thelma, Lionel, Helen, Kath Nimmo.
