Description

Panoramic view looking down from a steep tussocky hillside to a house over a knoll centre left, mostly hidden amongst trees. Beyond the house is a flat plain leading to a lagoon (Lake Grassmere) and beyond to the open sea in the distance. Large stands of pine trees in gullies and near the house.
