Panoramic view of farmland with a single-storeyed wooden house on the left, with iron roof and bull-nosed verandah. The house is partially hidden by a hedge separating the house from farmland. A woman is just visible standing on the verandah. Haymaking is in progress in a large field in the centre. One man is holding a pitchfork for raking hay into piles along the line of the hedge. He is standing in front of outbuildings. Two other men are on the right of the field beside a cart laden with hay, drawn by two horses. Other paddocks on the right in the middle distance, low hills behind. Photograph taken by Robert Percy Moore.
