Looking down over a sloping valley in the centre, a farmhouse and outbuildings just visible among trees left foreground. Large two-storeyed house among trees across the valley centre right. Cleared hills all around. There is a road linking the two houses, and leading down through the valley on the left. Probably Lake Forsyth (Wairewa) which is visible on the far left.
