Text recommends the overland route via Warkworth to beautiful Kawau Island. The envelope carries a 6d stamp and is addressed to Mr H G Nowland, at the Post Office at Barraba, NSW, Australia. The back of the envelope shows a rubber stamp of the sender, H Duke of "Lavona", Warkworth, New Zealand.
