Ned Glass Marsters, leader of the atoll and of the First Family, pushing a wheelbarrow loaded with drinking coconuts. Behind him is the water catchment roof and the new concrete water tank. On the right are Big House and the church. Taken on Palmerston Island in 1960 by John Colles Burland.
